Mercedes is going to make some lucky person a wonderful companion.  she has been getting her first taste of the good life and is taking to it with real relish.  after everything that she has been through,  the staff at the metro shelter  would like her to be the only dog in her new home.

There is nothing wrong with wanting an easy life.  If you like sleeping though the night and don't have time to housetrain, adopting a senior pet might be a very good fit for you.
