No. The ns senior pet project exists to promote senior pet adoption and to encourage pet owners to enjoy a lifelong journey with their pets. Contact links are listed with every pet and for every fostering opportunity

you can ask your vet to let you know if one of his or her clients is trying to rehome a senior pet |

let your local Animal Control Officer know that you are willing to adopt a senior pet if one is impounded and is not claimed. It might be wise to do this in advance, because senior pets are not always perceived as being adoptable and THAT means that after the 72 hour hold period is over, not all senior pets live to tell the tail: ((( |
